Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Prepped for lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Grilled chicken Caesar salad. With 2.0 oz. grilled chicken, Romaine lettuce, lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, croutons, and Briana's Caesar dressing. Slice of Wildgrain sourdough bread with olive oil.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Hunan beef from China City in Sidney, NY, previously frozen, 8.0 oz. serving. And a half glass of Bota Box malbec.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Wavy Lays potato chips.
