What I ate: July 20, 2024

Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon.

Prepped for lunch.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday. Froze the serving for next Friday.

Cooked and froze a package of pork breakfast sausage links.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Dried fruit and nut pack (100 cal).

Lunch: Mackerel and spinach rice bowl #2.

Snack: Crackers and triple creme brie (previously frozen). A glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc. And another serving of equal size. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Dinner: Cholula smoky chipotle chicken burrito bowl (frozen, 290 cal). Sauza horitos tequila. This was good!

Snack: 1.0 oz. Lays barbecue potato chips (150 cal) amd 1.0 pz. Cape Cod potato chips.

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 137.6 lbs.
