What I ate: July 22, 2024
Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Prepped for lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.4 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Wildgrain sourdough whole wheat bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: PF Chang mongolian beef (frozen). It was fair. It wasn't spicy enough so I added Thai chili garlic paste, which isn't quite the right spice, but I had it handy and it helped. The frozen vegetables were a little soggy after cooking, which wasn't surprising.

It was a frozen package from the supermarket. It contains 2.5 servings, but the serving size seemed a little small, so I decided to eat exactly half.

I decided to split the package while still frozen. Fortunately, it was not a solid block and did not have a sauce packet, so this was a viable option. I'm not sure whether I'll eat this or just throw it out. I have over a year to decide!

Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod potato chips (140 cal).
Weight at beginning of the day: 136.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.8 lbs.
