What I ate: July 3, 2024
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with 2.6 oz. ham. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.
Snack: Toma Rashi cheese and crackers.
Dinner: Spaghetti with Italian sausage. With 1.8 oz. spaghetti, 4.0 oz. Bove's spicy marinara, and 1 hot Italian sausage. A piece of Wildgrain sourdough bread garlic toast. A half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Kettle Chips potato chips.
