What I ate: July 5, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Buldak ramyon, Korean spicy ramen, carbonara flavor. This was kind of like macaroni and cheese, but with ramen noodles, and spicy, but it was pretty good! I didn't eat the whole thing since it was 550 calories which is a lot of lunch. Half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Sausage and green pepper stir-fry. Rice. Half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Lays sour cream and onion potato chips, 150 cal.

Weight at beginning of the day: 137.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 136.2 lbs.
