Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice. I didn't have this on Monday since I was traveling.
Prepped for lunch and dinner.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).
Snack: Snack pack of cashews (100 cal) and gummy bears (45 cal).
Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Wildgrain sourdough whole wheat bread.. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs. With 1.8 oz. spaghetti, 4.5 oz. Bove's marinara, 5 mini meatballs. Two pieces of Wildgrain ciabatta with olive oil. A glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
