What I ate: September 11, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Prepped for tomorrow's breakfast.

Prepped for lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.4 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Kevin's Korean BBQ chicken. With added snow peas. Rice. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Saved some of it for another meal.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod barbecue potato chips (140 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 136.4 lbs.
