What I ate: September 2, 2024

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Prepped for lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).

Snack: Wildgrain Parmesan herb biscuit (240 cal.) with butter. Coffee with Jameson.

Lunch: Grilled chicken Caesar salad. With 2.0 oz. grilled chicken, Romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, croutons, and Briana's Caesar dressing. Wildgrain sourdough roll with butter.

Snack: 1,0 oz. Doritos (150 cal) and a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Dinner: Chicken paprika #4, rice, and green beans. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.
