Breakfast: Homemade waffle (previously frozen) and 2 sausage links.

Prepped for lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).

Snack: Wildgrain orange cranberry biscuit (230 cal) with butter. Coffee with Jameson.

Glass of Bota Box malbec.

Lunch: Mackerel and spinach rice bowl #2. A half glass of Bota Box savignon blanc.

Snack: Skinny Pop kettle corn flavor (110 cal).

Dinner: Pork with snow peas stir-fry with 2.8 oz. pork and rice. And a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
