What I ate: September 3, 2024

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And Dave's killer bread toast with butter.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Made a batch of Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Chicken kimchi soup. With 12 oz. chicken stock, roasted chicken, kimchi, and spinach.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Spicy pork with snow peas and rice. With 2.8 oz. pork. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Cape Cod barbecue potato chips (280 cal).
