Cooked an eye of round roast beef.

Started about 1 pound of chicken leg and thigh parts marinating in spiedie marinade to grill tomorrow.
Dinner: Roast beef, rice, and gravy. Asparagus. A glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod potato chips (140 cal).
