What I ate: October 14, 2024

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop white cheddar (80 cal).

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.2 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, and mayo on Wildgrain sourdough rosemary garlic bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.

Snack: 4 cracked pepper and olive oil Triscuits with spicy beer cheddar cheese. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Doritos and a glass of Bota Box malbec.

Dinner: Amy's Asian stir-fry with noodles, vegetables, tofu, edamame, and shiitake mushrooms in a sweet & savory sauce. I saw this in the store and thought I'd give it a try. 370 cal. With a half glass of Bota Box malbec. This was pretty good for a pre-made frozen entree. I might keep a few of these in the freezer for emergencies.

Weight at beginning of the day: 137.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.4 lbs.
