Lunch: Salami sandwich (updated post).
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Roasted chicken, rice, and gravy. Broccoli. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Snack: Skinny Pop kettle corn (110 cal).
