What I ate: October 16, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop white cheddar (80 cal).

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.2 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, and mayo on Wildgrain wheat sourdough bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Chicken paprika #4, rice, and broccoli. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: Crackers and triple creme brie (1.6 oz., previously frozen).

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.2 lbs.
