What I ate: October 2, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Baked a package of Wildgrain sourdough demi baguettes.

Snack: 1/4 baguette with butter. This was good!

Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Salami sandwich.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Indian chicken curry (frozen, 320 cal). A glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod salt and vinegar potato chips (140 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 136.6 lbs.
