What I ate: October 30, 2024
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.
Prepped for lunch.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop popcorn (80 cal).
Lunch: Salami sandwich. With 1.5 oz salami, provolone cheese, and arugula on a Wildgrain baguette. Side salad with lettuce mix, arugula, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.
Snack: Crackers with clothbound cheddar from the Appy Hour box.
Dinner: Salmon, broccoli, and rice. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.
Snack: Cape Cod barbecue potato chips (140 cal). And more cheese and crackers.
