Breakfast: Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on wheat English muffin.

Prepped for lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Grilled burgers for dinner and for freezing.

Lunch: Salami sandwich. With 1.5 oz salami, provolone cheese, and arugula on a Wildgrain sourdough roll. Side salad with lettuce mix, arugula, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Doritos and a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Dinner: Cheeseburger (4.0 oz). 2.8 oz. tater tots. A half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Snack: Twix candy bar (fun size, 80 cal). Reese's peanut butter cup (snack size, 110 cal).
