What I ate: November 1, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop popcorn (80 cal).

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.4 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.

Vacuum sealed and froze most of the triple creme brie from the AppyHour box.

Snack: Crackers with clothbound cheddar from the Appy Hour box.

Dinner: Buffet at Club 55 in Sidney, NY, with Jan and Steve.

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 138.4 lbs.
