What I ate: November 16, 2024
Breakfast: Toasted cinnamon raisin bagel and bacon .
Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday. Froze the serving for next Friday.
Prepped for lunch.
Baked a loaf of Wildgrain sourdough rye bread.
Snack: 2 ends of the rye bread, with butter.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop popcorn (80 cal).
Lunch: Pastrami Reuben sandwich with 2.9 oz. deli pastrami. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and Thousand Island dressing. A Guinness.
Snack: 4 cracked pepper and olive oil Triscuits with spicy beer cheddar cheese. A White Claw black cherry (100 cal).
Dinner: 1 1/2 slices of pepperoni pizza from Gavin's in Sidney, NY. A half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
Vacuum sealed and froze the remainder of the pizza.
Weight at beginning of the day: 137.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 137.8 lbs.
