What I ate: November 6, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop popcorn (80 cal).

Lunch: Salami sandwich. With 1.5 oz salami, provolone cheese, and arugula on a Wildgrain sourdough roll. Side salad with lettuce mix, arugula, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Fried chicken (previously frozen) and homemade coleslaw.

Snack: Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips (140 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 137.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 138.0 lbs.
