What I ate: December 6, 2024
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.
Prepped for lunch and dinner.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with 2.6 oz. ham on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Spicy pork with snow peas and rice. With 2.8 oz. pork. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod salt and vinegar potato chips (140 cal). And 4 Danish butter cookies (170 cal).
