What I ate: Wednesday, March 26, 2025

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop white cheddar popcorn (80 cal).

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.6 oz. deli roast beef, lettuce, horseradish, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Salmon, broccoli, and rice. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Wavy Lays potato chips (300 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 139.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 138.2 lbs.
