What I ate: Saturday, April 19, 2025

Breakfast: Toasted everything bagel and bacon.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg for breakfast Wednesday. Froze the serving for next Friday.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Divided a 16 oz. package of ground beef; vacuum sealed and froze two servings.

Defrosted ham and bread for breakfast tomorrow.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Snack: 1.0 oz. Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (140 cal) and a Prosecco.

Lunch: Mackerel and spinach rice bowl #2. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 4 cracked papper Triscuits with spicy beer cheddar cheese. A glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: Smash burger with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion, on a Wildgrain brioche roll. French fries (2.8 oz). A glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Weight at beginning of the day: 140.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 140.2 lbs.
