Breakfast: Ham, egg and cheese English muffin sandwich. With 2.4 oz. ham.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop white cheddar popcorn (80 cal).

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.7 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Pork with snow peas stir-fry with 2.8 oz. pork. Rice. Half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: So Delicious ice cream sandwich, 100 cal. 1.0 oz. Cape Cod sour cream and onion potato chips (70 cal).
