What I ate: Friday, May 16, 2025
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.
Prepped for lunch.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (80 cal).
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.9 oz. deli roast beef, arugula, horseradish, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, arugula, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Chicken Old Mill at the Old Mill in Mount Upton, NY, with Jan and Steve. I'm missing some pictures, but I basically split my meal in half so tomorrow's pictures are what it looked like.
