What I ate: Sunday, June 15, 2025

Breakfast: Steak (4.2 oz). Scrambled egg. Breakfast potatoes (2.4 oz). A slice of Heidelberg French peasant bread toast. Cupcake Prosecco.

Prepped for lunch.

Prepped the chipotle ranch dressing servings for lunch this week.

Snack: Mandarin orange spice tea with brandy.

Divided the package of Baby back ribs. Vacuum sealed 3 servings; froze 2 for later meals and kept one refrigerated for dinner tonight.

Cooked 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice and refrigerated for the week.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. Coffee with Jameson.

Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (140 cal).

Lunch: Taco salad with 2.0 oz. taco seasoned ground beef, black beans, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, chipotle ranch dressing, and shredded Mexican cheese.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Doritos and a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon (twice the amount pictured).

Dinner: Baby back ribs. French fries (2.8 oz). Switchback Ale.

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 137.4 lbs.
