What I ate: Wednesday, June 4, 2025
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.
Prepped for lunch and dinner.
Cooked 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice and refrigerated for the week.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.2 oz. deli roast beef, arugula, horseradish, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and balsamic dressing.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Snack: 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Dinner: Beef with broccoli #2. And a half glass of Bota Box pinot noir.
Snack: 2.0 oz. Japanese rice crackers (220 cal).
Weight at beginning of the day: 136.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 137.0 lbs.
