What I ate: Saturday, July 12, 2025
Breakfast: Toasted everything bagel and bacon.
Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg for breakfast Wednesday. Froze the serving for next Friday.
Prepped for lunch.
Prepped the leftovers from yesterday for reheating later. The meat and baked beans go into the sous vide, the French fries into the deep fryer, and the green beans to the microwave.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (70 cal).
Lunch: Mackerel and spinach rice bowl #2.
Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips with French onion dip. Cutwater vodka soda, lime.
Dinner: Leftover Sloan's smokehouse sampler from yesterday. Half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
There was way more meat than I thought. I vacuum sealed and froze the remainder which is more than enough for one more meal. Possibly even a dinner and a barbecued pork sandwich for lunch.
Weight at beginning of the day: 137.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 140.0 lbs.
