Breakfast: Corned beef hash, eggs and toast.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Picked the spinach for Monday breakfast and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (70 cal).

Lunch: Taco salad with 2.0 oz. taco seasoned ground beef, black beans, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, chipotle ranch dressing, and shredded Mexican cheese.

Snack: 1.0 oz. tortilla chips and queso. High Noon kiwi vodka seltzer.

Dinner: Baby back ribs. French fries (2.8 oz). Homemade coleslaw. Half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
