Breakfast: Ham (2.5 oz). Scrambled egg. Breakfast potatoes (2.4 oz). A slice of Heidelberg French peasant bread toast.
Prepped for lunch and dinner.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (70 cal).
Prepped 2 servings of chipotle ranch salad dressing, 20 grams, 93 calories each.
Prepped 3 servings of salad veggies. With carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion.
Prepped 2 servings of Spicy tuna salad sandwich.
Made a batch of Sriracha chex mix.
Lunch: Spicy black bean veggie burger. Side Caesar salad. Diet coke.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Pre-dinner: A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing. A half glass of Bota Box malbec.
Dinner: 1 slice of pepperoni pizza from Gavin's in Sidney, NY. It was vacuum sealed and frozen so I reheated it from frozen in the sous vide at 140°F, then transferred it to the Breville SmartOven, 400°F for 2 minutes, plus the preheat time, on a sheet pan. A half glass of Bota Box malbec.
