Breakfast: Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on wheat English muffin.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Vacuum sealed spinach for mackerel and spinach rice bowl (Saturday lunch), salmon and eggs (Saturday dinner), and kimchi spinach rice bowl (Monday breakfast),

Defrosted chorizo breakfast burrito filling.
Defrosted sous vide chicken for curry chicken sandwich tomorrow.
Vacuum sealed and froze 3 servings of marinara, 4.5 oz. each.

Divided, vacuum sealed, and froze anchovies for Caesar salad.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (70 cal).
Grilled and vacuum sealed burgers. Saved one for dinner Friday and froze the other.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.5 oz. homemade turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, green pepper, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Simple goulash with 3.1 oz. ground beef, onion, and garlic (previously frozen), 4.5 oz. marinara, and 1.6 oz. pasta elbows. A half glass of Bota Box pinot noir.
