What I ate: Thursday, January 1, 2026

Breakfast: Ham, egg and cheese English muffin sandwich. With 2.4 oz. ham.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Defrosted chorizo breakfast burrito filling. Defrosted sous vide chicken for curry chicken sandwich tomorrow.

Snack: A raspberry jelly donut, 340 cal. And a coffee with Jameson.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary.

Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).

A Fresca mimosa.

Snack: 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (70 cal).

Lunch: Loaded baked potato with broccoli, bacon, cheese, and sour cream. Side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, and carrot with balsamic dressing.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and French onion dip.

Dinner: Simple goulash with 2.9 oz. ground beef, onion, and garlic (previously frozen), 4.5 oz. marinara, and 1.6 oz. pasta elbows. A half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Snack: Eggnog and 4 Danish butter cookies.
