What I ate: Friday, January 30, 2026

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner. Will add the lettuce after going to the grocery store.

Defrosted a blueberry bagel for toasted bagel with a side of bacon tomorrow.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (140 cal).

Lunch: Curry chicken salad sandwich with 2.0 oz. chicken on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, celery, red onion, and Annie's green goddess dressing.

Prepped, vacuum sealed, and refrigerated jars of spinach. Good until Saturday 2026-02-07.

Divided, vacuum sealed, and froze most of the rest of the jar of Bove's spicy marinara. 3 servings of 4.5 oz. each. There should be about 1 more serving in the jar still.

Divided, vacuum sealed, and froze a 0.585 lb. (9.36 oz.) of smoked turkey breast into 4 packages of around 2.5 oz. each.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Pastrami Reuben sandwich with 2.5 oz. deli pastrami. Side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, celery, red onion, and Thousand Island dressing. A Guinness.

Weight at beginning of the day: 133.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 134.2 lbs.
