What I ate: Wednesday, February 11, 2026

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Defrosted ham and English muffin for ham, egg, and cheese tomorrow.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (70 cal).

Prepped, vacuum sealed, and refrigerated jars of spinach. Theoretically it would be good until Thu 2026-02-19 but it wasn't very good to begin with. There were many slightly damaged leaves that I would normally have discarded that I needed to keep, otherwise there wouldn't be anything left.

Cleaned and tipped a package of snow peas. Vacuum sealed in jars.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.4 oz. deli roast beef, lettuce, horseradish, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Turkey and cabbage stir-fry. Rice. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

I tried using the frozen blanched cabbage that I prepared last week and it worked! See the updated recipe above. It worked, and it's good!

Snack: Around 1.0 oz. potato chips from the bottom of the bag.

Weight at beginning of the day: 132.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.6 lbs.
