Breakfast: Ham, egg and cheese English muffin sandwich. With 2.2 oz. ham.

Defrosted chorizo breakfast burrito filling.
Defrosted sous vide chicken for curry chicken sandwich tomorrow.

Vacuum sealed and froze 4 packages of 4.0 oz. of 85/15 grass-fed ground beef, raw, for burgers or Crushed hamburger.

Vacuum sealed and froze sliced ham for breakfast and diced ham for omelette.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (140 cal).
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.5 oz. smoked turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Grilled, vacuum sealed, and froze NY strip steaks. Kept one serving refrigerated for dinner Saturday.

Dinner: Beef and zucchini lasagna #3. A piece of Wildgrain ciabatta bread with olive oil. A half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
