Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (70 cal).
Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, and chipotle ranch dressing (20 grams, 93 cal).

Got a 0.565 lb. (9 oz.) package of deli black angus roast beef. Divided into 4 packages of around 2.3 oz. each, vacuum sealed and frozen. Saved one refrigerated serving for Wednesday's lunch.

Divided a 1.09 lb. (17.4 oz). package of stir-fry beef into 6 packages of 2.8 oz. each. Vacuum sealed and froze raw.

Prepped, vacuum sealed, and refrigerated jars of spinach.

Prepped a package of romaine lettuce.

Spiced up a jar of kimchi with Mama O's super spicy kimchi paste.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Salmon and eggs stir-fry with spinach. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
