Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Defrosted a blueberry bagel for toasted bagel with a side of bacon tomorrow.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 1.6 oz. peanuts (272 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Prepped, vacuum sealed, and refrigerated jars of spinach.

Prepped romaine lettuce.

Divided, vacuum sealed, and froze smoked deli turkey. 0.655 lbs. or 10.48 oz., divided into 5 packages of around 2.1 oz.

Divided, vacuum sealed, and froze deli angus roast beef. 0.605 lbs. or 9.68 oz., divided into 4 packages of around 2.4 oz.

Lunch: Curry chicken salad sandwich with 2.0 oz. chicken on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, celery, red onion, and Annie's green goddess dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Cheeseburger (4.0 oz before cooking) with lettuce and red onion. 2.6 oz. tater tots. A half glass of Bota Box pinot noir.
