What I ate: Friday, March 20, 2026
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Defrosted an everything bagel for toasted bagel with a side of bacon tomorrow.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). 1.0 oz. habanero almonds (170 cal).
Prepped, vacuum sealed, and refrigerated jars of spinach.

Prepped romaine lettuce.

Separated out Heidelberg French peasant bread for sandwiches next week and froze the remainder of the loaf.

Vacuum sealed and froze 2 servings of deli fried chicken.

Divided a package of small flour tortillas. Vacuum sealed and froze 3 packages of 4 tortillas, separated by wax paper.

Lunch: Curry chicken salad sandwich with 2.0 oz. chicken on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, celery, red onion, and Annie's green goddess dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Prepared a package of beer brats (updated recipe).

Prepared a batch of taco seasoned ground beef in larger packages for American-style beef tacos. From a 16 oz. package of grass-fed 85/15 ground beef, separated out 4 oz., vacuum sealed, and froze raw. Used the rest to make taco beef.

Dinner: American-style beef soft taco (updated recipe). With 3.0 oz. taco seasoned ground beef, cheese, tomato, hot taco sauce, and lettuce. Sauza Hornitos tequila.

This was good! I haven't made this in a while but I think I'll add it to the rotation.
Prepared a batch of spicy pork breakfast sausage for sausage, egg, and cheese. From a 16 oz. tube of Jimmy Dean hot loose sausage, separated out 4 oz., vacuum sealed, and froze raw. Used the rest to make sausage patties, 2.0 oz. each (weight before cooking).

Weight at beginning of the day: 131.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.2 lbs.
