This would normally have been Spicy western omelette but this is the week where the number of servings of omelette does not match up with the number of servings of Chorizo breakfast burrito.
Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). 1.0 oz. habanero almonds (170 cal).
Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, and chipotle ranch dressing (20 grams, 93 cal).

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Pork carnitas tacos (updated recipe), with 2.8 oz. pork. Sauza hornitos tequila.
