Breakfast: Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on wheat English muffin.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Prepped salad veg for today and tomorrow: Carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion. Also celery and red onion for chicken salad tomorrow.

Defrosted chorizo breakfast burrito filling.
Defrosted sous vide chicken for curry chicken sandwich tomorrow.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.3 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: 1.0 oz. cashews (160 cal).
Dinner: Penne with Italian sausage. With 1.7 oz. penne pasta, 4.2 oz. Bove's spicy marinara, and 1 hot Italian sausage. A half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
