What I ate: Sunday, May 3, 2026

Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito #2.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Cooked 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice and refrigerated for the week.

Vacuum sealed and froze 3 packages of Bove's spicy marinara.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with 2.2 oz. ham on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips.

Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds (170 cal).

Dinner: Grilled chicken Caesar garden salad. With 1.8 oz. grilled chicken, Romaine lettuce, lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and Briana's Caesar dressing.

Weight at beginning of the day: 130.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 130.0 lbs.
