Breakfast: Corned beef hash, eggs and toast.

Vacuum sealed and froze 3 remaining servings from the 14 oz. can of hash, around 2.3 oz. each.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.


Made a batch of Sriracha chex mix.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).
Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, broccoli, and chipotle ranch dressing (20 grams, 93 cal).

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Chicken and cheese enchiladas. With 1.7 oz. chicken, Mexican rice, and refried beans. A small 1800 aƱejo tequila on the rocks.
