What I ate: Wednesday, June 17, 2026

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I previously froze in a freshly heated flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Defrosted ham and English muffin for ham, egg, and cheese tomorrow.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).

Collected the frozen proteins for dinner Thursday through Saturday. They'll stay frozen for now, just all moved to the kitchen freezer for easier access.

Lunch: Steak sandwich. With 2.3 oz. sliced NY strip steak, lettuce, horseradish, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, broccoli, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Chicken paprika #5 (previously frozen, 5.9 oz), rice, and broccoli. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 126.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 127.8 lbs.
