Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Defrosted an English muffin for bacon, egg, and cheese tomorrow.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.2 oz. teriyaki flank steak, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, broccoli, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: 1.0 oz. cashews (160 cal).
Dinner: Beef with broccoli #2. With 2.4 oz. steak.
