Breakfast: Ham, egg and cheese English muffin sandwich. With 2.4 oz. ham.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Prepped salad veg for today and tomorrow: Carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion. Also celery and red onion for chicken salad tomorrow.

Defrosted chorizo breakfast burrito filling.
Defrosted sous vide chicken for curry chicken sandwich tomorrow.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.4 oz. smoked deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Simple goulash with 2.5 oz. ground beef, onion, and garlic (previously frozen), 2.0 oz. marinara (that's all there was left in the jar), and 1.5 oz. pasta elbows.
