What I ate: November 10, 2012

Breakfast: Pancakes and bacon. Both previously frozen.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .

Lunch: Grilled ham and cheese . With baked ham and 3/4 slice of Swiss cheese on one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. And Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips.

Walked 4.0 miles in 1:10.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and bacon and horseradish sour cream dip.

Dinner: Tingua poblano , pork with smoky tomato sauce and potatoes, previously frozen. And a warm tortilla on the side.

Weight at beginning of the day: 120.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 120.2 lbs.
