What I ate: November 2, 2012
Breakfast: Raisin toast with butter and 2 slices of bacon. With homemade cinnamon raisin bread .
Lunch: Hot dog and Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips.
Vacuum sealed and froze 3 little eye of round steaks; they're for things like Beef stroganoff .
Cooked and froze breakfast sausage links for breakfast sausage and also for Sausage and green pepper stir-fry.
Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips, French onion dip and a Woodchuck 802 hard cider.
Dinner: Chicken fried steak (new recipe) with garlic mashed potatoes and gravy.
And 2 glasses of Trapiche Broquel malbec 2010. This was quite tasty!
Weight at beginning of the day: 120.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 120.2 lbs.
