What I ate: November 27, 2012

Breakfast: Homemade Blueberry muffin and bacon, both previously frozen.

Cooked and froze 2 pounds of bacon .

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .

Lunch: Chana malsala and rice.

Snack: 4 Wheat Thins garden veggie toasted crisps with Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese. And a half glass of Rabbit Ridge chardonnay.

Dinner: Green bean prosciutto pasta .

And 2 glasses of Don Cano malbec.

Weight at beginning of the day: 121.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 122.0 lbs.
