What I ate: November 28, 2012
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .
Walked to the convenience store, a little more than a mile, to buy a Powerball ticket. I can count the number of times I play per year on one hand, but, hey, for $ 500 million, I'll give it a shot.
Lunch: Homemade chicken soup with soba noodles and spinach.
I also made a second trip, walking to the grocery store, a little more than a mile, to get some dip.
Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and Bacon and horseradish sour cream dip. And a Woodchuck Granny Smith apple cider.
Dinner: Homemade spicy Italian sausage and green pepper pizza .
And I think I've finally mastered using the peel to get the pizza on and off of the pizza stone in my oven!
And 2 glasses of James Mitchell cabernet sauvignon.
Weight at beginning of the day: 122.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 121.2 lbs.
