What I ate: March 16, 2013

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling from Wednesday in a freshly heated tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix . And a spicy Blood Mary .

Walked 3.96 miles in 1:07:49.

Lunch: Sausage and green pepper stir-fry with rice.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips with bacon and horseradish sour cream dip.

Dinner: Homemade thin-crust pizza with Italian sausage, mushrooms and green peppers , previously frozen.

And 2 glasses of Chemin des Olivettes Coteaux du Languedoc.

Dessert: 1 square of Ghiradelli intense dark sea salt soiree chocolate bar.

Weight at beginning of the day: 123.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 123.4 lbs.
